How far in advance should I book a catering service?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for medium-sized events. For weddings and large corporate events, ideally 2 to 3 months ahead. However, we make our best effort to accommodate last-minute requests.
What is the minimum number of people to hire a catering service?
We don't have a strict minimum. We serve intimate gatherings of 10 people to events of over 500 guests. The price per person varies according to group size and selected menu.
Do you cater outside of San Juan?
Yes, we serve throughout the San Juan metropolitan area and can travel to other parts of the island for special events. Contact us for details on availability and travel costs.
Can you adapt the menu for people with allergies or dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience adapting menus for common allergies (gluten, shellfish, dairy, nuts) and special diets (vegan, vegetarian, kosher). Let us know your needs when requesting your quote.
Does the service include tableware, tables and chairs?
The basic catering service includes staff and food. Tables, chairs, tableware, and tents are optional and can be added as an add-on. We explain everything in detail in your personalized quote.
How do I request a quote?
It's very simple: fill out our online quote form or call us directly at (787) 467-5671. We need to know the event date, number of guests, type of service and address. Within 24 hours we send you a detailed proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. A deposit of 30-50% of the total is required to confirm the reservation, depending on the type of event.
What happens if I have to cancel or postpone the event?
We understand that unforeseen events happen. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund of the deposit. For shorter notice cancellations, we evaluate each case individually. Postponements are handled at no extra charge subject to availability.
Do you have experience with corporate events and conferences?
Yes, corporate catering is one of our most requested services. We have served conferences, product launches, team building events, and executive meetings for companies in San Juan and the entire metropolitan area.
Do you offer a pre-event tasting?
For events of a certain size (generally weddings and corporate events of more than 50 people), we offer the option of a prior tasting so you can approve the menu before the big day. Ask us for details.
