Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or requesting our catering services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Quotes
Any quote provided by Puerto Rico Catering (whether verbal, written, or emailed) is a non-binding estimate, subject to change based on availability, final guest count, selected menu, event date, and other factors. The final quote is confirmed only through a formal contract or proposal signed by both parties.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to secure your event date, as specified in the formal proposal. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule, generally before the event date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Depending on how much notice is given before the event date, cancellation fees may apply, as detailed in the formal proposal. Changes to guest count, menu, or services must be requested at least the number of days specified in the contract in advance, and are subject to availability and possible price adjustment.
5. Allergies and Food Information
It is the client's responsibility to inform us in advance of any guest allergies or dietary restrictions. Puerto Rico Catering will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in a shared food preparation environment.
6. Liability
Puerto Rico Catering shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided, beyond the value of the corresponding contract. The client is responsible for obtaining any permits required to hold the event at the selected venue.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, government emergencies, or essential utility outages.
8. Changes to These Terms
Puerto Rico Catering may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this website.
